Temporary Suspension of New Income‑Qualified Applications
To keep MiHER funds balanced across Michigan and within each district's funding limits, the Program has temporarily paused new income-qualified applications in the districts listed below. All other districts remain open for new applications.

What this means for you
- New income-qualified applications for properties in a paused district cannot be submitted through the MiHER portal during the pause.
- Applications submitted before a district's pause date will continue to be reviewed under existing program requirements.
- If your application expires during the pause, you may reapply once the district reopens.
- This pause is temporary and does not affect your eligibility or future funding availability.
